About the Event
The Center's annual spring brunch supports children orphaned by AIDS in Kenya. Run by the Kaaga Synod of the Methodist Church in Meru, the Gift of H.O.P.E. program currently supports 330 children with life's essentials: health, nutrition, education, safety, and personal support. This program is inclusive, stigma-free, and open to ALL vulnerable children, as identified by a team of 42 community health workers. Under the leadership of Glorie Gitonga, who herself lost her parents to AIDS as a child, the program helps those affected by HIV and AIDS throughout Meru County.
An announcement will be made in early 2027 regarding the keynote speaker and special guests.
