Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network
An inclusive support organization for people living with HIV and AIDS, TIHAN provides various services, including meals, care packages, transportation, emergency financial help, and more.
It Takes a Village
With a focus on communities of color, It Takes a Village works to reduce health and social disparities with a free HIV clinic and programs supporting those living with HIV and AIDS.
World AIDS Day
Denver's annual observance at Park Hill United Methodist Church raises awareness of AIDS and HIV, lifting the voices of the affected, and remembering those who have passed. The Center for Health and Hope is fiscally responsible for the event, working with dozens of local organizations in solidarity in the face of the epidemic. Partners include: ViiV Healthcare, Planned Parenthood Rocky Mountains, and multiple faith communities.
Hope, History, & Humanity Workshops
The Center's advocacy and education touchpoints in the US include workshops that address HIV (care and prevention), the impact of stigma and discrimination, and LGBTQ+ history and the fight for equality. Partners in putting together such workshops include: The Center on Colfax, Gilead, Colorado Health Network, and Vivent Health.
