The Center is proud to support a new program which launched in April in Maua, Kenya. The initiative will provide psychosocial care and education for 100 children orphaned by AIDS—including teenagers living with HIV—while strengthening the wellbeing and living conditions of 20 caregiver households. It will also expand the impact of 10 anti-AIDS clubs, promoting HIV awareness, prevention, and the reduction of stigma and discrimination.

We are honored to partner with Stanley Gitari and the team at the Gitari Education and Counseling Center (GECC) to bring this work to life.
