Kolkata Children's
Home

Established in 2009 in Kolkata, the Snehakunja Children's Home serves children who have been living with or affected by HIV and AIDS, many having lost a parent due to the epidemic. The Center for Health and Hope currently supports 27 girls and 14 boys that range in age from 5 to 18 with education, and medical and nutrition assistance.

More than providing the basic necessities, the Center has invested in tutoring for the kids, a computer lab, and supporting their artistic interests (music, dance, etc.) with classes and a recent summer camp experience in the Himalayas.
